Talent Construction
As of December 2021, the company has obtained 41 valid patents, including 5 invention patents, 33 utility model patents, 1 design patent, and 2 software copyrights. The company attaches great importance to the introduction and cultivation of talents, and currently has 37 employees, including 15 core R&D personnel, including 1 doctoral student and 5 core talents above deputy senior level. It is a national high-tech enterprise. The company strengthens scientific research cooperation with well-known universities and enterprises both domestically and internationally, and jointly builds innovation centers or joint research projects with Central South University, Northeastern University, Jiangxi University of Technology, and Xinjiang Institute of Nonferrous Metals.
Since the start of the project construction, one doctoral talent and three senior engineers with master's degrees have been introduced. In the first quarter of 2022, two professional and technical talents will be introduced from universities such as Northeast University. After the completion of the planned project, a total of 7 or more professional talents will be introduced.
